It is usually a good idea to commence chidbirth education classes at around 30 weeks so that you are likely to have completed your classes before the birth. Some classes are more popular than others so we suggest you book a place in the class you wish to attend as soon as possible.

Mamaternity Charitable Trust has free antenatal classes in Palmerston North and Feilding. Our antenatal classes are provided by either trained childbirth educators or midwives.
